TIFF files were generated from the reformatted XRF raster files. The reformatting program scaled XRF X-ray responses on the subject channel to monochrome sixteen-bit TIFF values. The set of TIFF files for each leaf/channel combination was stitched and then registered to the corresponding August 2007 ultraviolet image of this leaf. The stitched and registered image was exported as an eight-bit TIFF image. No linear stretch stitch, register CS2 Photoshop Stitching, contrast adjustment, and registration were performed per image using Photoshop.
